Galipo Foods was established in 1983 & has been passionately supplying foodservice businesses in SA with over 6,500 products for the past 35+ years.  We are now proud to also open up our product range to home delivery with Galipo at Home.

You may now place your order online.   

Below are additional instructions & tips for ordering.

Foodservice Businesses:
  • The fastest way for you to order will be to use the "Rapid Order" tab.   This will showcase all of the products you have ordered previously.
  • If you prefer to see more products on the one page, you can adjust the number of products visible on the Rapid Order screen.

Galipo at Home Customers
  • The first order is best placed on a computer or tablet if possible although it will also work on a phone (see tips for phone orders below).  
  • Your second order onwards will be much faster as you can access the history of what you purchased previously (in the "rapid order" tab) & you can easily re-order any of these products. 

Ordering Instructions – First Order

Product Searching

There are 2 ways to quickly search for products 

    1. Click the "Products" Tab & then Galipo Products.  This will allow you to see all of the product categories on the left of your screen & browse/shop by category. 
    2. OR Use the search bar at the top of your screen.  When using the search bar you can either:
      • Search for a keyword in the top search bar e.g. "maggie" to see all maggie beer products or "milk" to see any product with the word milk in the description.
      • OR enter a product code into the search bar (product codes are available on our specials & popular products catalogues on our homepage)
Product Purchase
  1. To order, press the Buy button to add the item to your shopping basket. 
  2. The basket is available in the top right of your screen & you can click here to amend quantities before clicking "checkout" to go to the final checkout screen.

Checkout Process

  1. The minimum order for our home deliveries is $150 with a flat $4.95 delivery fee.
  2. If you want to add or amend your order you can "continue shopping".
  3. When you are happy with your items click "place order".
  4. If you have logged in the system will already know your address details.
  5. If you have not yet entered your address & login details you will be prompted to do this at checkout.   Once you have placed your first order you will be able to use these details in future to login on our homepage at www.galipofoods.com.au

What to expect after you have placed your order

  1. If there are no random weight products on your order (such as some fruit & veg items or fresh meat items) then you will receive an email with a payment link after placing your order.  Please make credit card payment using this secure booking link in your email.  This email will also advise your delivery day.
  2. If your order has some random weight items we cannot take payment until these items are picked & we know the weights.  In this case we will call you the following business day after placing your order to take credit card payment & advise you of your delivery day.     
  3. Delivery is within 2-3 business days of your order, Monday-Friday with set delivery days for some regional areas.

 Placing Your Second Order Onwards

  1. Once you have placed your first order, we suggest to use the "Rapid Order" tab for your second order onwards.  This will show the products that you have ordered in the past 90 days & you can easily re-order any of these items.
  2. If you are looking for additional items you can then use the search tips suggested above.

Advanced Ordering Tips:

  1. You can adjust how many items show on your page by adjusting the number per page (in the top right).
  2. If you prefer a list view without the product images, you can click on clock symbol on the top right of your screen.   If you are browsing a large category of products you may find this faster.  You can switch back to the default view with the product images at any time.
Carton Quantities
  • Some products have a “carton quantity” listed underneath the product description.  In this case you do not need to order a full carton.  E.g if the description said pizza shapes 190gm & underneath this said carton quantity 24, you do not need to order 24 packets, you may order as many as you wish.  However if the product description said you are ordering a product with 24x190 gram in the description then this is what you would be ordering & the price would reflect this.  Hence the recommendation is to pay attention to the actual product description as this will tell you how many items are inside each pack that you are ordering.

Mobile Phone Ordering

  1. If you are using a phone you can access the search bar by clicking the magnifying glass symbol at the top of the screen (to the right of the Galipo logo)
  2. To access the menu you can click the symbol with the 4 white horizontal lines (to the left of the Galipo logo).
  3. You can then follow the ordering tips per above.
